CJA is awarded a contract from the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) to design an evaluation of a crime prevention initiative in Montevideo, Uruguay. If the evaluation design is judged by IDB's scientific review committee to be appropriately rigorous, CJA will then carry out the evaluation.
